Luke Donald Picks Up Pace - RBC Heritage

In contention: Graeme McDowell (right) carded an impressive 67 to leave him four under par

Luke Donald from England sat one shot off the clubhouse lead at the midway point of the RBC Heritage but his compatriot Brian Davis' hopes of mounting another title challenge here suffered a huge blow following a forgettable second round.
Donald currently world number 6 followed up his opening 69 with a three-under-par 68 today to move to five under for the tournament in South Carolina.

Just a shot behind the leading three  Kevin Streelman (70), Charley Hoffman (70) and Steve LeBrun (68) and level with another American Bill Haas (69) when play was suspended with storms approaching.
Seventeen players were still to finish their second rounds when they were forced off, with the best-placed among them being Camilo Villegas, who was level par today after 17 and three under overall. Play is scheduled to resume tomorrow at 8am local time.
